Korean Beef Kalbi

Continuing on my fascination with grilling these past couple of weeks, I decided to try one of my favorite Korean dishes from my most favorite Korean blogger, Maangchi.

Maangchi's website is easy to navigate and her recipe posts (to include videos) are perfect.

I tried my hand at grilling her Korean Beef Kalbi (Barbecued Beef Short Ribs) this evening and am so glad I did.

My husband and I loved every single bite of this yummy barbecue.

It's a fantastic recipe that's super simple to make.
